When you sign up, we collect your business name, website address, industry, and email. When your customers chat with an assistant we operate, we process those conversations to provide the service — including contact details a visitor chooses to share.
To build and operate your assistant, deliver leads to you, improve answer quality, and communicate about your service. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use one customer’s conversation data to serve another customer.
Conversations handled by an assistant on a customer’s website belong to that customer. Visitors are shown that they are chatting with an automated assistant. Do not submit sensitive information (such as health or payment details) through chat.
Conversation data is retained while the subscription is active and deleted upon written request or account closure, subject to legal obligations.
